Pilates Stretch
Pilates/Stretch is a physical fitness program that focuses on the core postural muscles which help to keep the body balanced and are essential to provide support for the spine. In particular, the exercises teach awareness of breath and alignment of the spine, strengthening the deep torso muscles.

All classes are mat classes. Mats provided at the studio, although please do bring a towel.
