Our Adult Ballet Classes are non-syllabus where the basic fundamental principles of classical ballet are taught. An introduction of foundational exercises, techniques, basic ballet terminology, and simple footwork combinations are introduced as the class progresses from week to week.
Classes allow participants to receive a significant level of self-discipline and physical control in movement. An understanding of ballet theory is encouraged and an aesthetic awareness for the art is also created. Our Adult Ballet classes also play an alternative selection of music.
