Philip Ho

Philip has more than 30 years of experience in the martial arts. He is a three time National Champion in Rope Skipping, and Is trained in various martial arts. His program will help to increase your overall body awareness, co-ordination and fitness level, and will enable you to workout in a fun and effective way. Philip’s kickboxing is a unique total body workout offering an intense cross training that is beneficial to the body, combining exercises such as rope jumping, boxing techniques, self defence and martial arts movements to improve cardiovascular health and strengthen joints and muscles.
