KICKBOXING

Our Kickboxing classes focus on total body conditioning helping to increase cardiovascular fitness – combining aerobic and anaerobic. Burn off excess body fat and tone specific areas of the body. The techniques used are based on authentic kickboxing techniques which provide both resistance and physical benefits to students. This will help to increase overall body awareness. Coordination and fitness level providing a fun and effective workout.

1) Classes are available on Monday mornings

2) All new students are advised to call the studio before coming down for the class

3) Students should come comfortably attired in loose or stretchy clothing. Suitable footwear include track shoes
